We've been out of the city for a while, at least James and I have, and we finally returned yesterday (Sunday). I had a great time visiting family and friends and thought I'd share some moments with pictures :)
First we surprised Jay's dad in WV for his 60th birthday party! James even wore glasses to celebrate the occasion!
This is Jay's uncle, Danny, James and Grandpa
On the porch at Jay's parents house... I think he is practicing his Babe Ruth shot, or he's pointing at a bird.
This is when Jay went back to NY and James and I went to VA. We said bye-bye to daddy :(
And spent time with Nanny and Papa in VA.
Played in little rain puddles
And I tried to make it to all my nieces and nephews multiple ball games. Lauren plays ASA softball so we went to Salem to watch her play.
James enjoyed it. He looks like some kind of manager making a deal of some kind.
Here, James thought it would be a great idea to play in the dogs water bowl- and by play I mean pour. He was soaking wet.
My sweet nephews Alex and Jude. They are cousins and great friends!
Here we are at Hunter's baseball game- this is my brother Bruce and James keeping an eye on the field.
Here's Hunter up to bat!
And my beautiful niece Gabby who helped me watch James!
We ended our visit in VA with my nephews high school graduation... those pictures are coming soon.
For now, it's great to be back home, back in my own bed, and getting back to our "routine" of sorts!

SO glad you got a trip home - too bad it had to be without Jay.
I LOVE the picture of Jaes in the "60" glasses - so cute! My kids liked it too.
I didn't realize you had so many neices and nephews! That's so sweet that you got to see them and attended all their activities.
Thanks for your sweet notes on my blog. You are so precious.
Looks like it was a great trip! I'm sure the grandparents loved seeing sweet James, but I sure will be glad to see him again, too! HEHE :)
Missed you guys!
