Most Recent Happenings... in no particular order

It's been a while, but I thought I'd tell you about a few of things we've been up to lately.

James went to the firehouse! He was in heaven. Here he is with his cousin, Alex, standing on the front of the firetruck.

We went to the Bronx Zoo! Here's James inside the prairie dog exhibit in the children's zoo. He was having a ball and liked watching them close up.
He didn't quite measure up with the Tigers and really didn't get to see them much either. They were sleeping.
After the zoo we headed to see the Intrepid. A naval sea carrier. It was pretty cool - you can see some of the airplanes there on top.
It was a busy June. I turned 32 on the 30th. We celebrated Father's Day, which was a little difficult this year, but I celebrated Jay and what a good daddy he is. We've been staying in some, trying to stay out of the extreme heat but we head to the park to play in the water or Barnes & Noble to play with the trains for at least a little while during the day.

Coming up... we got new furniture in our little space. It's not all in yet, but I'll post pics when it's complete. We're thinking of moving James to a big boy bed. We're heading to Myrtle Beach at the end of the month, so we're looking forward to that! Jay's still putting out applications... we're praying for a positive lead and that we feel God's guidance while we make a decision.
